A - Chest size*: Place the measuring tape under your arms. Measure the chest circumference around the widest part of the chest.
B - Waist*: Measure around your natural waistline. Find the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side, left or right.
C - Hips*: Put your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks.
D - Inseam: Measure along the inside of your leg, from just below the crotch to about 1 inch (2.5 cm) below the ankle for the total inseam.
